Shi V. Liu's Collection of Rejections by Mainstream Journals: 2008-2009
ABSTRACT

Over the past two years Shi V. Liu has submitted more manuscripts to some mainstream top journals.  These manuscripts either pointed out the imperfect repetition of his ground-breaking pioneering discoveries or outright credit robberies or identified the mistakes in some hot trendy research and even straight misrepresentations.  His fundamental discoveries on cell life especially the mortal nature for all cell life showed sharp contrast to some “immortal” views on cell life.  His deep insight on cell differentiation and multicellular development and cancer formation allowed him to easily spot hypes surrounding the extremely hot iPS research.  However, despite the fact that more and more evidence has come to validate his points of views, all the mainstream journals except a few such as Biology Direct and Stem Cells and Development have shut their door to Shi V. Liu.  Nature even allowed some direct personal attacks on Liu which resulted in a show down in a courtroom.  The provision of a list of all the manuscripts that were submitted to but rejected or even intentionally neglected by various mainstream top journals by Liu in the last two years gives us an opportunity to seriously examine the current scientific publishing practice and allows us to realize that some “top” journals are actually seriously corrupted.  Thus, a revolution in scientific publishing is highly demanded.
